Now that a new AAA ball park will be built in Downtown El Paso the economic impact could be tremendous and promise new life into the area. A new type of housing option could be tailing the construction of the park that most El Pasoans are not used to. Apartment lofts and condos could become the latest demand for a younger market looking to buy their first property and live the "big city experience."
There is no question that with the construction of a AAA ball park the demand for restaraunts, bars, housing and lodging will trigger both private and commercial developers and entrepreneurs to come in and set up shop in many of the vacant properties that make up downtown. The change has been visible throughout the years.
Is El Paso ready for the "big city" living experince? What do you think?
